You've always wanted to experience the world's premier safari destination? Combine the most spectacular national parks and wild animal sanctuaries of Kenya with a few days relaxing on the beautiful beaches of Zanzibar, no doubt the most beautiful of the Indian Ocean.
Discover an exceptional fauna and flora during an unforgettable journey and get overwhelmed by the changes of scenery all along the way. Admire the density of the wildlife, meet the Big Five and sense the rare sensation of a safari. Enjoy the variety of the landscapes, the flamingos of Lake Nahuru, the eternal snow of the Kilimanjaro, the vast plains of Tsavo and the beaches of Zanzibar.
The safari tour is made in a minivan for maximum 6 persons.

Program day by day:

DAY 1: Flight to NAIROBI

Assistance at the airport where you'll be welcomed by your chauffeur-ranger. Transfer to your hotel for one night.


Departure with your group to the wildlife sanctuary of Maasaï-Mara, situated in the South-West. Time to get settled in your lodge, have lunch and relax, before you leave on your first game drive. The immense high grass plains are populated by a great variety of animals : lions, leopards, antelopes of all sorts, buffalos, giraffes, elephants. And in the swamps you can see hippopotamus and crocodiles. Back to the lodge before sunset.

Early wake-up call. Tea or coffee before you leave on safari before sunrise, the best time of the day to see lots of animals.

The density of animals in this park is so big, that there's always something extraordinary happening. Back to the lodge for breakfast. You'll leave again on safari in the morning and in the afternoon to observe all the wild animals in this widespread park. Just before sunset is the perfect time to watch wildcats go hunting.

Heading towards lake Nakuru in the morning, you'll pass the famous Rift-Valley and its amazing landscapes. You'll arrive before lunch at lake Nakuru. The lake is surrounded by immense forests with giant trees. The sanctuary is well known for its rhinos. Rhinoceros are usually very difficult to observe, but lake Nakuru is an easy spot to watch them closely. The lake is also known for its unbelievable concentration of pink flamingos, at some periods of the year they can be millions. Arrival at your lodge by the end on the day.

Departure to Nairobi. You'll stop along the way to contemplate once again the Rift-Valley from a superb view. Lunch in Nairobi before leaving to the Amboseli park, at the foot of the Kilimanjaro, a real postcard of Africa!

DAY 6: AMBOSELI / TSAVO-West (2h30)

Early wake-up call to enjoy the savannah at day down and the Kilimanjaro sunset. You'll have a breakfast pick-nick in the bush, a real moment of emotion. You'll have a full day of game drives both in the morning and afternoon in the plains of Amboseli where big groups of elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes or buffalos can be spot and in the neighbour park of Tsavo, passing through beautiful landscapes with death volcanoes. Arrival at N'Gulia. Lunch and time to relax, before a new safari in the bush until sunset.

DAY 7: TSAVO-Ouest / TSAVO-East (1h30)

Wake up early to a welcome cup of tea before setting out on your early morning game drive, a chance to view the animals at their most impressive.
Return to the lodge for the breakfast buffet.

Departure towards Tsavo-East, to the abounding sources of M'Zima, habited by hippopotamus and crocodiles (you'll go for a walk with a ranger). Lunch.
Red soil colours the landscapes, the rivers and even the animals are covered with this red dust that protects them from parasites. You get settled in your camp, « Out of Africa » style.

DAY 8: TSAVO-East / MOMBASA South (3h)

Breakfast buffet. Enjoy your last safari in this huge sanctuary, particularly known for its big concentrations of elephants. Lunch at the outside of the park, before hitting the road to Mombasa, the Coral coast. You'll take the ferry boat to reach the southern beach of Mombasa. Transfer to your hotel. Accommodation and diner.


Transfer to the airport and flight to Zanzibar in Tanzania. Visa formalities. Welcome and transfer to your hotel on the East coast, known for its beautiful beaches.
Lunch or snack, depending on your time of arrival. Rest of the afternoon free time to relax.
Accommodation and diner for 5 nights.

DAY 9 to 13 : ZANZIBAR

Relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Zanzibar.
Possibility to make an excursion (optional) to the capital of the island, Stone-Town, that will seduce you with its oriental charm.


Transfer to the airport for your flight back to Nairobi.
Connecting flight to Europe.
Diner and night aboard.

DAY 15: Returnflight home
Breakfast aboard. Arrival in the UK.

Kenya is situated at the equator and there are only two seasons: the dry season from December to March and fom July to October. The rainy season is from April to June and a small one in November..

Stay less than 3 months: Passport, valid until 6 months after the return date.
European citizens need a visa. You can get it at the Kenyan Embassie in your country or on arrival at the airport.

Cash dispensers: available in the big cities, but foresee cash in Dollars or Euros.

Language: The official languages are Swahili and English
